At the beginning of the year I started the process to create some promotional videos for the gym that I go to. We wanted to showcase both the facilities and some of the activities you can do at Tonic, such as the group fitness classes or squash lessons.
Three videos were created, two for online platforms such as Facebook and then a third that was specifically for Instagram. The Instagram video was cut to a specific file size and length of time to allow it to be uploaded to the platform.
It was a fun project to complete, from the way we shot the footage on location at the gym to then selecting the music that would be needed (something up beat and active), and editing the final videos together.
